I have been informed by Photivu Technology Software Services Inc., briefly Photivu, about my personal data through the "KVKK Information Notice" prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") during my purchase of Photivu digital product package.

Within the scope of my purchase of the digital content package by Photivu:

Explicit Consent Regarding Commercial Communication

In accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce Regulation No. 6563 (ETDHK), I give my explicit consent with my free will for the processing of my personal data specified in the Information Notice for the purposes of benefiting from products, applications, advantages or campaigns suitable for my needs; carrying out general and personalized promotion, advertising, promotion, sales and marketing, celebration, wishes, new products and services, competitions, sweepstakes, openings, other events, surveys and customer satisfaction activities; and for sending informational, promotional and marketing messages containing data, audio and visual content to be sent to my contact addresses through call (phone), short message (SMS), Whatsapp and e-mail communication channels by Photivu or by 3rd parties providing services under confidentiality obligation on behalf of Photivu; my name, surname and contact number, e-mail, address, education information, my Photivu usage information, sending web-push, app-push etc. notifications, displaying pop-ups for the purposes specified in the Information Notice.

As explained in the Information Notice; I have been informed about what my processed and stored data are and for what purposes they are processed, and to which persons, institutions and organizations they are transferred. In case of change of my will, I am aware of my rights under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698.
