Explicit Consent

Within the scope of this Explicit Consent Form; I accept and declare that I give my consent freely, explicitly and in an informed manner to the processing of my personal data within the scope specified below, in order to benefit from the platform services provided by ………………………………………… ("Company").

In this context;

• My photographs and image recordings uploaded to the platform or obtained through the platform,

• Processing of these photographs by automatic methods through the analysis of facial features for the purpose of photo matching and identifying content belonging to the relevant person,

• Data outputs related to facial features that serve to distinguish the person obtained as a result of these analyses (including biometric data),

• Storage, use and processing within the scope of technical infrastructure requirements for the purpose of completing the relevant event and providing the service

I accept that I give explicit consent for these to be carried out by the Company.

Furthermore;

• I acknowledge that the data processed within this scope will be retained for the periods specified in the KVKK Information Notice,

• I acknowledge that I can withdraw my explicit consent at any time, and that the withdrawal of my consent will affect data processing activities after the date of withdrawal,

• I acknowledge that in case of withdrawal of my explicit consent, the relevant data processing activities may be stopped and this may affect the provision of some services

I declare that I know and accept.
